Per Foreign Worker Management Royal Decree B.E. 2560 Section 51, foreign workers may change employers in 6 cases within 30 days of leaving the previous employer. Beyond that, they must leave Thailand and restart the process. TD93 handles both sides — workers seeking new employers and employers needing experienced workers ready to start.
